This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our site. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted, through no fault of your own, from purchases made at The Best of Chicago web site while using the secure server, The Best of Chicago will reimburse you for the entire charge from your card issuer up to the full $50.00. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. In order to claim the Guarantee you must contact us as soon as possible after you detect the fraud. If you are using a Debit Card, please check with the card issuer as the same protection rules may not apply. The Best of Chicago safety guarantee only applies to cards covered under the Fair Credit Billing Act.
